Born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, Jennifer “Jenny D.” DiLucia always had a spark for storytelling and connecting with people. A proud graduate of Westminster College, she earned her degree in Broadcasting with a minor in Theatre Arts - two passions that have shaped her vibrant, authentic voice.
Jen is a proud mom to three amazing kids - Lexi, Jake, and Nolan - and the fur mama to two lovable barking beagles, Bruster and Rookie. Family life keeps her grounded, while her creative spirit keeps her reaching for the mic.

Jen created this podcast as part education, part inspiration,
and part feel-good girl (and guy) talk.

Jen is finally stepping back into the spotlight to pursue her lifelong passion - creating space for real conversations and meaningful connections. Throughout the years, friends, acquaintances, and even strangers have naturally opened up to her, sharing their personal stories, struggles, and triumphs. That’s when Jen realized something powerful: healing begins when we talk about it.
